Over 85% of the vehicle has to be built from scratch by team members each year. Procedures like using SolidWorks and 3D CAD softwares for design, welding and cutting tubes do take a significant amount of time, but not every process can be completed in the workshop.

As the nature of the competition becomes more and more technically demanding, every hour spent on data collection and drivers' feedback is time well spent.
